I worked in the acquisitions
department of a busy academic library.
My duties included purchasing, accessioning and processing new books and
audio-visual materials for the library and managing the loose-leaf law
subscriptions.
1990 – 2000 Biological Research Technician (United
States Department of Agriculture)
I was the supervisor in an entomological
laboratory carrying out field and lab research.
My responsibilities included running experiments, recording data,
supervising 2-6 other technicians and running the day-to-day operations of the
lab.
